Mirasol Victorino

Mirasol Victorino began their work experience in 2006 at Scripsys, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Officer in Medical transcription off/edit. In this role, they assisted the production manager in monitoring the production area's quality of work, turnaround time, and work distribution. Mirasol also dealt directly with clients through email, conference calls, and feedback monitoring. Additionally, Mirasol transcribed accounts sent by clients off edit. Mirasol held this position until June 2015.

In 2018, Mirasol joined Accenture as a Team Coach in content moderation of mobile applications. Mirasol fulfilled this role until July 2022, and their responsibilities included supervising and coaching a team in the moderation of mobile application content.

More recently, Mirasol worked at BMC-AIMS as a Virtual Medical Receptionist, starting in July 2022 and ending in February 2023.
