Before that, they worked as an Independent Principal Consultant at MJG Insights. Prior to that, Matthew held a leadership role at Optus, where they were responsible for offshore delivery and oversaw the Optus Business Offshoring Portfolio. During their time at Optus, they focused on cost and service delivery transformation across multiple offshore BPO partners in Malaysia, India, and the Philippines.
