My Plan Manager
Pilar Figueroa Villegas serves as the Data Integrity Manager at My Plan Manager since June 2024. Prior to this, Pilar held the position of Data Governance Lead at Pernod Ricard Winemakers from November 2022 to July 2024, focusing on enhancing data quality and governance across the organization. Pilar's experience at Pernod Ricard from May 2015 to February 2023 included roles as Performance Reporting Manager and Risk Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating KPI cycles, conducting internal audits, and driving business process improvements. Earlier experience includes roles at Deloitte and external audit responsibilities in the Oil & Gas sector for the Salta Government. Pilar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Salta and is currently pursuing a Diploma of Digital Technologies at Flinders University.
