Dawn Cavil

Dawn Cavil has a strong background in human resources and management, with experience at companies such as Dallas Airmotive, Crimson Building Company, and Toys R Us. Currently, Dawn serves as the Chief People Officer at My Possibilities, a program that aims to provide adults with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities higher education and job placement opportunities. Additionally, Dawn is the Owner of Drew Development Group, a company focused on building custom homes and commercial buildings, and the CEO of TexOk Management, a General Contracting Company. Dawn has also worked as an Area Human Resources Manager at WORLDPAC.
