The Managerial & Director Roles team at My Possibilities oversees and integrates various essential functions to support the overall mission of the organization. The Social Enterprise Manager focuses on developing revenue-generating programs. The Director of Vocational Services and the Career Services Manager work collaboratively to create employment opportunities and job training for HIPsters. The Directors of Support Services and Clinical Services ensure that HIPsters receive comprehensive care and assistance aligned with their needs. Lastly, the Director of IT maintains and enhances the technological infrastructure necessary for the efficient operation of all educational and support programs. Together, these roles drive the organization’s vision of providing lifelong learning and meaningful opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
