My Psychiatrist
Zachary Katz, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor with extensive experience in psychotherapy, having served as a licensed mental health counselor at My Psychiatrist since May 2023 and at Canino LCSW Psychotherapy PC from November 2021 to May 2023. Prior to these roles, Katz worked as a mental health counselor at Children's Aid, where daily psycho-educational groups and individual counseling were provided. Previous positions include psychotherapy associate at Silverlake Psychotherapy Associate, English teacher in the NYC Department of Education, and various roles in support and educational settings for individuals with developmental disabilities. Katz holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Adolescent Education from the same institution.

We provide expert patient assessments, individualized medication management, and a variety of caring therapeutic techniques that maximize treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes.
