Axel Malescassier

Axel Malescassier has extensive experience in human resources and digital learning, currently serving as Responsable département Santé at My-Serious-Game since December 2015, where responsibilities include defining department strategy, developing action plans, overseeing digital training engineering, and ensuring client satisfaction. Previously, Axel held the position of Chef de projets digital learning / RH, focusing on customized digital learning projects and human resources management. At Le Groupe La Poste, from September 2013 to September 2014, Axel was Chargé Ressources Humaines, responsible for launching a digitalized annual evaluation process for 4,500 employees, among other tasks. Axel began a career as a junior consultant at AD ARBOREM ORLEANS, specializing in recruitment for a major banking group. Axel holds a Master 2 in Gestion des Ressources Humaines from IAE de Poitiers and a Master 1 in Droit Social et Gestion des Ressources Humaines from the University of Amsterdam.
