Florent Teyras

Florent Teyras began their career in 2004 as a Fremdsprachenassistant at Gymnasium Oesede. In 2007, they began working as a Chargé de recrutement for SAMSIC INTERIM GESTION. Florent then moved to 37 INTERIM in 2008, where they held the same role and was also responsible for the creation of the agency. In 2009, they became the Responsable Régional Formation Centre Val de Loire et Normandie at Les Compagnons du Devoir et du Tour de France, and also held the roles of Directeur national de la formation des études et de la recherche and Assistant Responsable Administratif et Comptable - Assistant Responsable Régional de Formation. In 2017, they were appointed Directeur formation at En Recherche Active, and in 2018, they became DRH - Contract Director and Head Of Learning & Talent Manager at My-Serious-Game.

Florent Teyras completed their DUT Techniques de Commercialisation degree in Marketing from the Université de Tours in 2004. Afterward, they obtained their Master degree in Droit - Juriste d'entreprise mention Relations de Travail GRH from the same university in 2007. Finally, they earned their Master Stratégie et Ingénierie de Formation pour Adultes degree in Ingénierie de formation from the Université de Tours in 2018.
