Amanda Gittleson

Amanda Gittleson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at My Sister's Place in Washington, D.C., a position held since July 2023, focused on supporting survivors of domestic violence. Prior to this role, Amanda was the Director of HR & Operations at hatch I.T. from April 2018 to July 2023, and held various positions at Upside Travel, The Advisory Board Company, and EPIK, where experience in people operations, HR management, and educational roles was developed. Amanda's early professional experience includes roles in marketing and publicity, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The College of Wooster, earned in 2013.
