Jordan Butler has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career in 2006 at Heritage Makers, Inc., where they served as a Print/Production Team Lead, managing daily printing duties and supervising the production process and employees.

In 2009, Jordan moved on to ExactRail, where they worked as a Graphic Designer responsible for timing and executing marketing efforts both digitally and in print. This included website updates, designing magazine advertisements, and maintaining brand recognition through consistent marketing efforts.

From 2010 to 2012, Jordan volunteered as a Graphic Designer for Going Beyond Borders, contributing their design skills to the charity's African relief efforts.

In 2011, Jordan joined My Social Practice as an Art Director for a year, before transitioning to a freelance designer role under their own name in 2012.

Jordan then joined Cambio Agency in 2013 and 2014, serving as a Senior Graphic Designer and later as a Creative Director. In these roles, they directed the design and launch of multiple websites and branding projects, managed client relationships and project timelines, and contributed to the agency's development through processes for project management, billing, and company growth projections.

In 2014, Jordan briefly worked at GoDaddy as a Senior Graphic Designer, leading a team of web designers and innovating design systems for GoDaddy's proprietary website builder tool.

Returning to the agency world, Jordan rejoined Cambio Agency in 2014 as a Creative Director, leading a team of designers and web developers while managing client relationships and project timelines. They contributed to the agency's development by creating processes for project management, billing, invoicing, and company growth projections.

Finally, in 2015, Jordan joined My Social Practice as Chief Operating Officer, establishing a company culture of transparency, honest communication, and trust. They increased the average customer lifespan, developed KPI systems for every department, and assembled strong teams while training leadership and implementing proactive strategies.

Throughout their career, Jordan demonstrated proficiency in various roles related to graphic design, marketing, art direction, and project management.

Jordan Butler received a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts from Stevens-Henager College of Business from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma with an emphasis in Multimedia & Design from Orem High School, from 2004 to 2006.
