Carlo Andaya has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carlo started their career as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where they assisted professors with research and class administration. During this time, they also set up an SQL Server for a Business Intelligence class and created a diagram to help students plan their schedules.

After their time at the university, Carlo worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at WorldDoc, where they were responsible for ensuring the quality of the company's products. Carlo then joined Caesars Entertainment Corporation as a Programmer Analyst, where they developed and maintained software applications.

Carlo's most recent position is at My Wireless AT&T, where they have held multiple roles. Carlo started as the Director of Inventory, managing a team that handled purchase orders and returns. From 2007 to 2009, Carlo attended UNLV Lee Business School and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems.

From 1998 to 2002, they studied at Ateneo de Manila University where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management with Honors.

In addition to their formal education, Carlo also obtained certifications in the field. In August 2013, they became a Cloudera Certified Developer for Apache Hadoop. In August 2010, they received a certification in SQL Server 2008 and Database Design from Microsoft.
