Carlo Andaya

Carlo Andaya has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carlo started their career as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where they assisted professors with research and class administration. During this time, they also set up an SQL Server for a Business Intelligence class and created a diagram to help students plan their schedules.

After their time at the university, Carlo worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at WorldDoc, where they were responsible for ensuring the quality of the company's products. Carlo then joined Caesars Entertainment Corporation as a Programmer Analyst, where they developed and maintained software applications.

Carlo's most recent position is at My Wireless AT&T, where they have held multiple roles. Carlo started as the Director of Inventory, managing a team that handled purchase orders and returns. Carlo later transitioned to the role of Director of Systems and Software Development, where they focused on improving work efficiency through automation and data analysis. In this role, they utilized a variety of tools and technologies, such as PyWinAuto, PyAutoGui, BeautifulSoup, regular expressions, and Selenium for automation, SSIS and SQL Server for data management, and Power BI, Spark, and TensorFlow for gaining insights.

From 2007 to 2009, Carlo attended UNLV Lee Business School and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems.

From 1998 to 2002, they studied at Ateneo de Manila University where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management with Honors.

In addition to their formal education, Carlo also obtained certifications in the field. In August 2013, they became a Cloudera Certified Developer for Apache Hadoop. In August 2010, they received a certification in SQL Server 2008 and Database Design from Microsoft.
