Bobby Ou

Bobby Ou is a Senior Manager at my3Twelve since 2021. Previously, Bobby worked at Hines in 2017-2018 as a Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager, focusing on operational excellence programs for Amazon.com. Prior to that, Bobby worked at Seattle City Light as a Change Management/Project Management overseeing the Advanced Metering Infrastructure Program. Bobby has also worked at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance as a Program Coordinator managing budgets and projects related to clinical trials. Bobby's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington.
