Troy Runnells

Troy Runnells has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Troy began their career at Deloitte as a Senior Tax Accountant and Auditor, where they worked on engagements focused on high net worth individuals and clients in various sectors. After leaving Deloitte, Troy joined Sunburst Shutters as a Corporate Controller. Troy then transitioned to the Utah Educational Savings Plan as an Assistant Director, contributing to one of the top 529 plans in the nation. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director for Strategy & Business Development at my529, and has recently taken on the role of CFO/COO. Troy's experience showcases their expertise in finance, strategy, and business development.

Troy Runnells earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University, which they attended from 1994 to 1997. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Utah State University from 2005 to 2007.
