Wiktoria also completed relevant administration duties, such as analysing customer data and raising orders for consumables. Wiktoria Jorren worked with Midshire's internal database as well as other software. This position proved to be very close to the customer as they were answering incoming calls and replying to emails while verifying information.

In April 2018, Wiktoria Jorren left Midshire to become a Global Services Manager at Myagi.

Wiktoria Jorren has a Master's degree in Management from the University of Birmingham, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Business Administration from the European-University Viadrina, and has completed exchange semesters in Management at the University of Warsaw and Summer School in Polish language, literature and culture at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Wiktoria is currently pursuing a degree in Law at the University of Potsdam.
