Phone Sett Paing has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Crew Scheduling Officer and Senior First Officer with Myanmar National Airlines since April 2017, focusing on the Embraer-190 fleet. Previous roles include Admin Executive at Adventure Myanmar Tours & Incentives in 2016 and Pilot Trainee with HTOO Group of Companies from July 2013 to April 2016. Phone Sett Paing holds a Commercial Pilot License (CPL/IR) obtained from Myanmar Aviation Academy, along with type ratings from both the Boeing Training Centre in Singapore and Zhuhai Xiangyi Flight Training Centre. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of English from Dagon University of Distance Education and ongoing studies for a Bachelor of Laws at Yangon University of Distance Education.
