Andrew Spratt

Andrew Spratt has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and business process support services industry. Andrew is currently the COO at FPSG, where they oversee the full recruitment cycle and develops unique talent pools. Before that, they served as the Managing Director and Director at FPSG, where they challenged traditional perceptions of the recruitment process and developed long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Prior to FPSG, Andrew worked as an Associate Director and IT Divisional Manager at the company. In 2019, they became the Director of Client Services at myBPOS, where they provided a range of recruitment and business support services. Additionally, Andrew has previous experience as a Managed Agent Account Manager at FPSG/JPMorgan, a Senior Consultant at Elan Computing, and a Recruitment Consultant at Manpower IT.

Andrew Spratt attended Rathmore Grammar School from 1986 to 1993. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree at Queen's University Belfast from 1994 to 1997.
