Adele Coswello is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and customer relations across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at mycar since November 2018, Adele oversees customer interactions across 270+ stores and online, spearheading the "Care Beyond the Car" CX initiative. Prior to this, Adele held the CFO position at both mycar and Kmart Tyre & Auto, where responsibilities included restructuring national networks and embedding effective business strategies for improved efficiency. Adele's career began with roles at Deloitte and Moore Global, progressing through significant positions at EMI Music, Credit Suisse, and Bunnings, showcasing a strong background in financial accounting and management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from RMIT University and an Advanced Diploma of Management from the Australian Institute of Management.
