Alicia Lomax-Jackson

Alicia Lomax-Jackson is an experienced customer service and operations manager with a diverse background in retail and telecommunications. Currently serving as Customer Care Manager at mycar since March 2023, previous roles include Customer Service Manager at Shaver Shop and Customer Service Team Leader at Adairs Retail Group.
