Sunil Padiyar has over 25 years of experience in various technology leadership roles. Sunil started their career in 1996 as a Founding Member and VP of Software Development at SalesLogix Corporation, where they led the development of a CRM and sales automation product. During their time there, the company achieved significant revenue growth and a successful IPO.

In 2005, Padiyar became the Chief Information Officer at Superior Access Insurance, where they transformed the technology landscape by creating an online marketplace for insurance products. Sunil enabled insurance agents to shop for products from multiple companies, providing a more efficient and tailored experience for small businesses.

In 2011, Padiyar co-founded Ryver, Inc., where they served as the Chief Technology Officer until 2013. Sunil played a key role in the development and growth of the company during its early stages.

From 2013 to 2018, Padiyar held the position of Chief Digital & Technology Officer at FacilitySource. Under their leadership, the company experienced significant revenue growth and adoption of its B2B SAAS technology by large corporations such as Home Depot, FedEx, and T-Mobile. In 2018, FacilitySource was acquired by CBRE, and Padiyar became a division CTO within the company.

Following the acquisition, Padiyar continued as the Chief Digital & Technology Officer at CBRE FacilitySource until 2020. Sunil led the integration of FacilitySource's technology into CBRE's network, resulting in the creation of an on-demand work order dispatch and management system. Additionally, they opened an offshore development center and migrated the SAAS application to the Microsoft cloud.

Padiyar then joined Corcentric in 2020 as the Chief Technology Officer. Sunil was responsible for building a scalable development organization and enhancing the SAAS suite of applications. With a strong focus on streamlining financial processes and optimizing working capital, Padiyar contributed to the company's profitability and revenue growth.

Currently, Padiyar is advising a startup on the integration of IoT technologies with generative AI to improve operational efficiency, enhance safety measures, and optimize customer experiences.

Sunil Padiyar holds an MBA degree in Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Additionally, they have a BSEE degree in Electronics and Communications from Bangalore University.
