Tan Nguyen

Tan Nguyen has worked in various roles since 1982. Tan started as a Person at Life, then moved on to become an ALT at Borderlink, a Webmaster at Hands N Paws, a Web Developer at Red Falcon Web Marketing, an Engineer at Carvana, a Programmer III/DevOps Mutineer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, a Contract Developer at Tivity Health, and a Manager at Sogeti. Most recently, they became a Full Stack Developer at MyCarrier in 2022. During their roles, they have maintained and added features to code bases, introduced standardized coding and code review practices, integrated DocuSign into Carvana's purchase process, created various Javascript based animation scripts, developed and implemented anti-spam countermeasures for web forms, designed and developed CSS and Javascript based playlists for web videos, and participated in the daily grind for gear and XP.

Tan Nguyen began their educational journey in 2001 at Midlands Technical College, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Science. Tan then continued their studies at Arizona State University, where they graduated with a BA in Japanese in 2008.
