Sarada Prasanna Samal has over 16 years of work experience. Sarada Prasanna is currently working as a Senior Solutions Manager at MYCOM OSI since April 2022. Prior to this, from November 2020 to April 2022, they worked as a Senior Manager at Capgemini Engineering. Before that, they were a Senior Manager at Vodafone Idea Limited from May 2016 to November 2020.

Sarada has also worked at Jio as a Manager from March 2013 to May 2016. During their time at Jio, they were involved in solution designing for Service Quality Manager and Customer Experience Management. Sarada Prasanna designed service models for various internet and voice/video services and worked as a subject matter expert for CEM and SQM. Sarada Prasanna also played a role in consulting and defining use cases and KPIs/KQIs for CEM/SQM.

From October 2008 to March 2013, Sarada worked at Nokia Siemens Networks as a Core Planner. Sarada Prasanna designed and deployed Customer Experience Management solutions for Bharti Airtel, which became a reference point for CEM projects worldwide. Sarada Prasanna also demonstrated use cases for mobile operators globally and identified challenges in network management and end customer experience.

Sarada's work experience began in August 2006 at Birlasoft, where they worked as a Software Engineer until September 2008.

Sarada Prasanna Samal completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha. This education took place from 2002 to 2006.
