Sunidhi Pathania

Sunidhi Pathania has worked as a System Engineer at MYCOM OSI since 2021. In this role, they are responsible for telecom performance management, ETL, OSS Service Assurance, service delivery, and telecom network topology. Sunidhi works on integrating various systems for Globe Telecom in the Philippines using Mycom-osi's service and network performance management solution called "PrOptima" and their digital service quality management platform known as "ProAssure."

Prior to this, Sunidhi worked as a Software Engineer at Ericsson from September 2017 to April 2021. Sunidhi was a part of the OSS - RC Assurance Adaptation Unit and was involved in developing, testing, and deploying customer adaptations for telecom fault and performance management projects.

Sunidhi Pathania pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Jaypee University of Information Technology. Sunidhi attended the university from 2013 to 2017.
