Tad Buchanan

Tad Buchanan is an accomplished finance and investment professional with extensive experience in diverse sectors, including biopharmaceuticals, clean energy, and enterprise software. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Marin Academy and as Co-Founder and CFO of MycoMedica Life Sciences, Tad is committed to advancing mental health solutions through innovative psychedelic medications. Additional roles include serving as a Board Observer at TAE Life Sciences, a Member of the Board of Directors at both Tablet Command and TAE Technologies, and contributions to Buchanan Investments, focusing on equity and venture capital in sustainable industries. Tad's early career included leadership positions at UBS Securities Co., Ltd and W.I. Carr (Far East) Ltd., following an MBA in International Finance from Boston College and a BA in Economics from Pepperdine University.
