Grace Kim

Grace Kim is a product developer specializing in beverage development, desserts, and sweet goods for both domestic and international markets. They held positions at The Coca-Cola Company as a Beverage Scientist from 2006 to 2011, and subsequently worked as an Application Scientist/Technical Services II at BASF from 2012 to 2014. Grace served as a Senior Applications Scientist at PureCircle from 2014 to 2018 before becoming the Principal Scientist at Tate & Lyle from 2018 to 2025. Currently, they are the Director of Food Applications Development at MycoTechnology, Inc., focusing on new product development and strategic innovation. They earned a B.S. in Human Nutrition from the University of Florida in 2006 and are pursuing further education at Ecole de PURPAN.
