Cynthia Dodick Seyffert

Cynthia Dodick Seyffert has an extensive background in human resources, with experience in various management roles. Cynthia is currently the Head of Human Resources, North America & Global Technologies at Mycronic. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Human Resources at Wheelabrator Technologies. Cynthia also worked as the Principal & Human Resources Director, US & Global Infrastructure at Stantec from 2015 to 2020. Before joining Stantec, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Lahey Health Behavioral Services. Cynthia began their career in human resources at PwC as a Manager and later worked at Deloitte as a Consultant. Cynthia also gained experience as the Director of Human Resources at iCorps Technologies, Inc. and as a Manager of Human Resources at Cartesian.

Cynthia Dodick Seyffert has a Masters Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies from York College of Pennsylvania. Cynthia has also obtained several certifications including being a True Colors Certified Facilitator, a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resources Management, and a Certified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®). Additionally, they are a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) and a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching.
