Jeff Leal

Jeff Leal has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff began their career at Nordson Corporation as a Sales and Service Representative. Jeff then moved to Nordson ASYMTEK, where they worked as an R&D Application Engineer and Senior Field Service Engineer, specializing in developing packaging processes and managing strategic customer relationships. After ten years at Nordson ASYMTEK, Jeff joined Vertical Circuits Incorporated as an Engineering Manager and Principal Engineer, responsible for developing fine pitch 3D dispensable interconnects. Jeff later joined Speedline Technologies as a Channel Development Manager, focusing on entering the semiconductor dispense industry. In their most recent role at Mycronic, Jeff has held various positions including Director of Global Business Development and Strategy, Head of Product Management for both the Jet Printing and Dispensing division and MYSmart, and Product Manager for MYSmart. Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, product roadmap management, and building corporate relationships.

Jeff Leal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from CEUPE - Centro Europeo de Postgrado y Empresa, which they obtained between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronic Engineering at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, they have an Associate of Arts (A.A) degree in Electronics from Colegio Vocacional Monseñor Sanabria, earned from 1993 to 1995. Jeff's certifications include Strategic Thinking and Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership, both obtained through LinkedIn in 2020.
