Thomas Fletcher MA has a diverse work experience. Thomas started their career at MyCSP Ltd in 2013, where they held various roles including Business Analyst, Enquiry Centre Team Manager, Training Consultant, Non-Executive Director, EPC Chair/Representative, and Enquiry Centre Pensions Administrator. Throughout their tenure at MyCSP, Thomas demonstrated skills in performance management, coaching, training design and delivery, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and trustee responsibilities. In 2022, they began a new term as a Non-Executive Director at MYCSP TRUSTEE COMPANY LIMITED, where they continue to act independently and in the best interests of stakeholders. Additionally, they serve as an alternate director on the main board, representing the employees as a 25% shareholder. Prior to their time at MyCSP, Thomas worked at Barclaycard as PDQ Technical Support from 2008 to 2012.
