Anna Schmoll

As a ten year plus employee of Block by Block, Anna Schmoll began her career with the organization in April of 2011 as the Training and Development Coordinator for our Minneapolis Downtown Improvement District (MDID) Ambassador Program. Her knack for connecting with employees was cultivated throughout her career, most notably through her previous experience in the staffing industry. Since joining Block by Block her ability to get things done by working with others has been on full display. She quickly rose to the position of Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager at the MDID Program. In August of 2021 she was officially named Regional Vice President of the Minnesota Region, which includes overseeing our programs beyond Minnesota to include North Dakota, Iowa and Colorado just to name a few.
