Kathryn Shcherbakov

Kathryn Shcherbakov is a Scrum Master and Product Manager at MyDealerOnline. Kathryn has over six years of experience in the automotive remarketing industry, with a focus on digital solutions. Kathryn has been with MyDealerOnline since its inception as a breakout project from Alteso, LLC. In their time with the company, they have managed product development and overseen the process from sale to implementation.

Kathryn is responsible for leading scrum ceremonies for 5-10 person teams and ensuring that the team is adhering to the scrum methodology. Kathryn also manages the technical scrum team, working with cross-functional teams to develop and launch the MyDealerOnline product. In addition, Kathryn is responsible for enforcing Kanban usage, which has improved team velocity and provided quicker delivery of cost effective, technical solutions to dealer business issues.

Kathryn has also removed team and organizational impediments, cutting cycle time. Kathryn has planned out sprint schedules, product miles stones, and releases to support business priorities and strategy while fulfilling customer needs. Kathryn has also translated business strategy and customer requirements into plans easily executable by tech and design teams. Lastly, they have streamlined the integration process with various partners, including Hyundai Capital of America, Black Book and numerous large vehicle auctions, cutting implementation time and cost.

Kathryn Shcherbakov has a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Political Science from Fox School of Business at Temple University. Kathryn also has a certification from Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master.

Kathryn Shcherbakov reports to Yury Kaganov, CEO. They are on a team with Zach Staruch - VP, Business Development, Glen Montgomery - CTO.
