Tashmita Gupta

Tashmita Gupta is an experienced Human Resource professional currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Myelin Foundry since October 2024. With a strong background in human resources management, Tashmita held the role of Human Resources Manager at TECHNOMAX Middle East Engg LLC from March 2021 to March 2024, and previously at IWill by EPsyClinic from June 2017 to February 2021. Earlier in the career, Tashmita worked as an HR Manager at Mitraz Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. from September 2014 to April 2017. After a career break dedicated to full-time parenting from June 2010 to August 2014, Tashmita completed a PGDM in Human Resource Development at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Bangalore and a Post Graduate Diploma in Child Rights and Governance from Tezpur University.
