Jessica Bronzert

Jessica Bronzert is the Founder and CEO of The Sparks Group, established in 2015, specializing in Executive Coaching and Transformational Change for organizations, teams, and individuals. Bronzert serves as a Board Member at Myers & Chapman, a Faculty member at Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership, and as Adjunct Faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at Quantuvos, Director of Change Execution at Lowe's Companies, and various positions in human resources and compensation consulting at organizations like National City Bank and American Greetings. Bronzert holds an MBA in Labor and Human Resource Policy from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and has further education in Leadership Coaching and Diversity Initiative Boot Camp from Georgetown University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, respectively.
