Clint Shephard

Clint Shephard has extensive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR leadership and compliance. Clint currently serves as the HR & Compliance Director at Myers Industries, where they provide HR leadership to multiple businesses and oversees HR compliance activities. Prior to this, Clint worked at Dow, where they held various HR leadership roles, including HR Leader for Talent Management & Learning, Investigations and Compliance, HR Leader for Global Relocation, and HR Leader for Workforce Administration. Clint also served as a Global HR Manager/Consultant and a Human Resources Manager at Dow. Before joining Dow, Clint worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Dow Solar Solutions and Dow Building Solutions. Clint began their career as a North America Workforce Planning Specialist at Dow. Prior to Dow, Clint worked at Kelly Services as a District Manager, where they managed a team of HR generalists and provided staffing services and solutions to various organizations. Clint's experience showcases their expertise in HR leadership, compliance, talent management, and workforce planning.

Clint Shephard obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Saginaw Valley State University in the years 1995 to 1999. Clint further pursued their education at the same university and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Management from 2003 to 2005.
