Karen Pearson Licsko

Karen Pearson Licsko, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at MyEyeDr. since September 2022. Previously, from October 2018 to August 2022, Karen held multiple roles at CoStar Group, including Vice President of Human Resources, where collaboration with C-Suite executives was key to developing HR strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Karen also served as Vice President of Rewards and HR Operations, overseeing compensation and benefits programs. Prior to CoStar Group, Karen spent over two decades at The Advisory Board Company, ultimately as Managing Director of Compensation and Performance Management, where strategies for competitive rewards packages were established. Karen holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Hospital Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
