Felix Arndt has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In 2005, they started working for various companies while studying until 2011. Felix then joined Amazon in 2012 and held multiple positions such as Customer Service Representative, Workflow Coordinator, Team Lead/Coaching Lead, Customer Service Manager, Vendor Support Team Supervisor, EU Advisor Supervisor, and EMEA Operations Specialist. In 2017, they briefly served as a Customer Service Manager. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a EU Advisor Supervisor. Later, they became an EMEA Operations Specialist and eventually left Amazon in 2020. In the same year, they joined ABC - Arndt Business Consulting as a Business Operations Consultant. Currently, they are working as the Head of Customer Services at MYFLEXBOX.

Felix Arndt obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from Universität Salzburg, where they studied from 2005 to 2011. In 2009, they also pursued a course in Russian Language and Literature at Pushkin State Russian Language Institute.
