Dick Lodge has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dick began their career in politics, working as a Finance Assistant for the Bredesen for Governor Campaign in 2002 and later becoming a Consultant for the Tennessee Democratic Party in 2007. In this role, they assisted with fundraising efforts and was a field coordinator for the Victory 2008 Campaign. Lodge then transitioned to lobbying, working as a Lobbyist for The Windrow Group from 2009 to 2010.
In 2014, Lodge moved into a manufacturing role, joining Lodge Manufacturing as a Finishing and Packing Supervisor. In this position, they supervised the cleaning, grinding, seasoning, and packing departments on the second shift. Dick held this role until 2016.
Since 2016, Lodge has been employed by FSI, Inc. Initially, they served as the Director of Operations, where they managed all operations in the warehouse and office, including logistics, HR, and personnel matters. In 2017, they were promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer, where they continue to oversee the company's operations.
Dick Lodge obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature from The University of the South, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. Dick further pursued their studies in Intellectual Property Law, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the UNH School of Law between 2010 and 2013. Additionally, in 2006, they had the opportunity to briefly study British History and Culture during the 100 Years War at St. John's College, Oxford University, although they did not receive a degree from this particular program.
