Praveen Boda

Praveen Boda has extensive work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Praveen is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at MyGate since October 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President - Finance & Legal at Innoviti Payment Solutions Pvt Ltd from November 2017 to January 2019. Praveen also worked as the Assistant Vice President Finance at Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd from October 2013 to November 2017.

Before joining Reliance Jio, Praveen held senior managerial positions at Qualcomm and Microsoft. At Qualcomm, they were the Senior Manager Finance, responsible for managing finance and accounting activities of Qualcomm India Pvt Ltd. From June 2008 to February 2010, they served as the Accounting Manager at Microsoft India (R&D) Pvt Ltd, overseeing accounting, compliance, and reporting functions.

Praveen's earlier experience includes managerial roles at NVIDIA Graphics and Portalplayer. At NVIDIA Graphics, they worked as the Manager Finance from December 2006 to June 2008, and prior to that, they served as the Manager Finance at Portalplayer India Pvt Ltd from December 2005 to December 2006.

Praveen began their career as an Executive Finance at Saint Gobain Vetrotex India in December 2002. Praveen has a strong background in managing finance functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial support and analysis for decision-making.

Praveen Boda's education history begins in 1998, when they enrolled at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Praveen pursued a degree in Accounting, Tax & Audit and completed their studies in 2001. During this period, they also studied at the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India, specializing in Costing & Accounting.

In 2012, Praveen Boda furthered their education by attending the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Praveen completed the General Management Program (GMPE) in 2013, gaining knowledge in Business Administration and Management.

In the same year, Praveen Boda pursued a specialized course in Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
