Marius Ciobanu began their work experience as a Marketing Assistant at Fitch Solutions in 2004. Marius established relationships with Chambers of Commerce and Embassies and managed the Eastern Europe region for BMI Research. Marius conducted email campaigns to verify company data. In 2005, they transitioned to the role of Client Account Manager, where they managed and developed relationships with new accounts and provided training to clients. Marius was the main point of contact for end users. In 2010, Marius joined House in Andalucia as a Senior Client Relationship Manager until 2018. Marius then co-founded Annapurna Gastrobar Frailes in 2017 and worked there until 2021. Currently, Marius is serving as a Customer Success Manager at myGwork - LGBT+ professionals & allies.

Marius Ciobanu completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Media & Society Studies from London South Bank University from 2001 to 2004. Marius also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism Studies with a focus on Tourism Management & International Hospitality from the same university in 2001 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Marius obtained certifications in various areas such as Consulting Foundations: Client Management and Relationships, How to Be More Strategic in Six Steps, Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management, and Value Realization Best Practices for Customer Success Management from LinkedIn in 2022.
