Michelle (Michi) Raymond has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 at Morgan Stanley, where they held roles as a Client Service Associate and later as a Senior Client Service Associate in Private Wealth Management. In 2016, they became a Conference Director at LGBT+@Work and also co-founded the Wuha Sira Initiative, where they served as a Board Member. That same year, they co-founded Equality Impact LLC, where they worked as a Co-Founder and Diversity & Inclusion Consultant. In 2020, they took on the role of Director of Global Business Development at myGwork - LGBT+ professionals & allies. Additionally, they co-founded LAVICHI Records in the same year.
