Caitlin Goodman

Caitlin Goodman currently serves as the Senior Manager of Program Operations in Alliance Management at MyHealthTeam, a position held since October 2020, after previously working as a Program Manager in the same department. Prior to MyHealthTeam, Caitlin was employed at The MYND Group from April 2017 to October 2020 as an Account Manager, where responsibilities included assisting the Executive Vice President with business development and training new Account Managers. Caitlin's earlier experience includes working at Aventria Health Group from October 2015 to April 2017 as an Account Executive, focusing on strategic alignment with clients and managing project budgets and timelines, as well as starting as a Submissions Coordinator at the same company. Caitlin's career began at Central Bucks Family YMCA, serving as Associate Director of Membership Operations from January 2011 to October 2015, where program management and collaboration with risk consultants were key responsibilities.
