Michael Huen

Michael Huen has over 13 years of work experience in the design field. Michael began their career in 2005 as a Graphic Artist for San Jose State University's Student Involvement. In 2007, they became a Freelance Production Designer for Design Action, an Owner & Designer for Michael Huen Design, and an Editorial Design Intern for Conscious Dancer Magazine. In 2010, they took on the role of Design Associate at Minted. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Graphic Designer for Lupicia Pacific, Inc. and from 2015 to 2018, they were a Visual Designer for MyHealthTeam.

Michael Huen attended San Jose State University from 2003 to 2008 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Design Studies. Michael then attended UC Berkeley Extension from 2015 to 2016, studying Design and Applied Arts. Most recently, they attended Bloc in 2018 and 2019, focusing on UX & UI Fundamentals. Michael has also obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in February of 2022.
