Darren Jones

Darren Jones is the CEO and Co-Founder of MyHEAT. Darren has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has held positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Software Developer.

DarrenJones graduated from Simon Fraser University with a degree in computer science. Darren then went on to work for ClickSpace Interactive Inc. as a software developer. After two years, they transitioned to Strata Health, where they became the Chief Operating Officer. During their time at Strata Health, they were responsible for Canadian operations, capital planning, expenditures, and the Strata Health Inc. Canadian financials and pro forma. Darren also oversaw support services, implementation, account management, software development, product management, privacy, and network administration.

In 2015, Darren decided to leave Strata Health to pursue their own venture – MyHEAT. MyHEAT is a healthcare technology company that provides a secure messaging platform for healthcare professionals. The company’s mission is to improve communication and collaboration among healthcare teams in order to provide better patient care.

Under Darren’s leadership, MyHEAT has seen tremendous growth. In just four years, the company has acquired over 500 enterprise customers and is now used by over 50,000 healthcare professionals across Canada. MyHEAT has also been recognized as one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies by both Deloitte and Canadian Business.

Looking to the future, Darren plans to continue growing MyHEAT and expanding its reach to healthcare professionals around the world.
