Gunjan Desai

Gunjan Desai is a Program Manager at MyHEAT. Prior to their current role, they served as an Account Manager at Messer Group from May 2021 to January 2022 and at ecobee from February 2019 to March 2020.

At ecobee, Gunjan was responsible for managing large strategic accounts, growing the e-commerce business, and executing operational efficiencies within the team. Gunjan successfully onboarded and managed programs across North America, grew ecobee's footprint in the rebate market by 200%, and led the online marketplace promotional strategy/execution for the sales channel. Thanks to their innovative POS retail merchandising strategies in big-box retailers across North America, they achieved direct lift in sales of over 2X.

In addition to their sales responsibilities, Gunjan also managed end-to-end order fulfillment for key accounts, devised digital marketing strategy for rebate program campaigns, and spearheaded the operational efficiencies in the team. Gunjan reported on sales performance directly to senior executives, including the CMO and CEO.

Gunjan is skilled in using various business management and data analytics tools, such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, Tableau, and Redash.

Gunjan Desai holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Honors Environmental Engineering - Water Resources Option, Co-op from the University of Waterloo.
