Niv Chen

Niv Chen is a professional with experience in retention management and sales. Currently serving as Retention Team Lead and previously as a Retention Specialist at MyHeritage since June 2021, Niv has developed expertise in customer retention strategies. Prior experience includes an internship at Ady Kaplan and Co. from September 2019 to September 2020 and a sales role at OROGOLD Cosmetics between October 2012 and August 2015. Niv holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Business Administration and Management from Reichman University, completed in 2019.
