Or Grushka has over 19 years of experience in quality assurance and support roles. Currently, they are the Director of Quality Assurance at MyHeritage since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Quality Assurance at Cobwebs Technologies from July 2020 to February 2021. Or also served as the VP of Quality and Support at Axxana from 2018 to 2020, and as the Director of QA & Support at Axxana from 2010 to 2018. Or Grushka has also held positions at Microsoft as a Test Manager from 2006 to 2009, at Gteko as a QA Team Lead from 2003 to 2006, and at Marvell as a QA Engineer from 2002 to 2003.
