Stephanie Reitz, MBA-HRM, SHRM-SCP

Stephanie Reitz, MBA-HRM, SHRM-SCP has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Stephanie began their career in 2005 as the Human Resources Manager/Generalist at the David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts, where they were responsible for all Human Resource Generalist/Manager activities for the Straz Center's food and beverage, education, marketing, operations, and administrative departments. In 2015, they moved to Power Design, Inc. as the Employee Experience Manager, where they managed a team of employees and oversaw employee experience activities. In 2018, they transitioned to a remote role as the Workers' Compensation Claim Advisor, responsible for working with managers, employees, workers' compensation insurance company as well as physician offices. In 2019, Stephanie joined Studio 3 as the HR and Business Manager/Consultant, providing consulting, business and human resources guidance to the founder and co-owner of the business. Stephanie is currently employed at myHR Partner, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager.

Stephanie Reitz obtained their Bachelor of Science in Arts Management from The Sage Colleges - Russell Sage College in 1998. Stephanie then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University in 2014. In 2016, they obtained their SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
