Under Denise's leadership, GreatBizTools, LLC delivers practical, cost-effective business solutions through various consulting services and products. Additionally, Denise holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at MyInnerGenius since January 2018, where the focus is on assisting companies in identifying the best candidates through career fit assessments that align with individuals' natural skills and personalities. Denise holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree from North Dakota State University, earned between 1981 and 1986.
