Benjy Gillman

Benjamin Gillman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the recruitment and property management sectors. As the CEO and Co-Founder of myInterview since February 2016, Benjamin has been instrumental in transforming the hiring process through innovative video technology, aiming to enhance efficiency and candidate selection. Prior to this role, Benjamin served as Assistant Property Manager at Catylis Properties, where responsibilities included research, project budget management, and marketing efforts. Additionally, Benjamin gained customer service experience at Vision Equity Living, handling inquiries related to reverse mortgages and processing loan applications. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Property Services Management from Macquarie University, completed between 2011 and 2013, following a Higher School Certificate from Masada College High School.
