James Kirk

James Kirk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer support. Currently serving as Product Manager at myKaarma since 2015, James is responsible for the design and implementation of products in various lines, ensuring process uniformity and user experience consistency. Previously, as Director of Customer Support, James improved support processes leading to a significant increase in customer satisfaction ratings.
