Pete Jacoby

Pete Jacoby is an accomplished technology executive with a strong background in leading product, engineering, and IT teams across various SaaS companies. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Kaleidoscope, Pete oversees the development of a scholarship and grant management platform while migrating to a microservices architecture. Previous roles include Vice President of Software Engineering at OutMatch HCM, Chief Technology Officer at Checkster and Avionte Staffing Software, and VP of Engineering at SAP SuccessFactors, among others. Pete's extensive experience encompasses managing globally distributed teams, harmonizing engineering practices, and driving product innovations in recruitment and staffing technologies. Pete holds a BA in Economics from St. Olaf College.
