Michelle Morton, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Mylar Specialty Films since April 2023. Previously, Michelle worked at DuPont from 2013, where the role as US HR Leader involved executing business-specific HR strategies for 350 employees, enhancing key HR processes such as recruiting and succession planning. As a Senior Human Resources and Training Consultant, responsibilities included leading the recruiting for 50 exempt and wage roll employees across two plants in North America. Michelle's earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager for MYLAR®, achieving significant sales growth from $12 to $14 million, and negotiating supply contracts. Michelle also held the position of Technical Service Representative for KEVLAR® and NOMEX® at DuPont, contributing to profitability and revenue improvements in complex markets. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Wayne State University.
